Android Netrunner LCG - The Living Card Game Core Set

Android: Netrunner is an asymmetrical Living Card Game for two players. Set in the cyberpunk future of Android and Infiltration, the game pits a megacorporation and its massive resources against the subversive talents of lone runners.

Corporations seek to score agendas by advancing them. Doing so takes time and credits. To buy the time and earn the credits they need, they must secure their servers and data forts with "ice". These security programs come in different varieties, from simple barriers, to code gates and aggressive sentries. They serve as the corporation's virtual eyes, ears, and machine guns on the sprawling information superhighways of the network.

In turn, runners need to spend their time and credits acquiring a sufficient wealth of resources, purchasing the necessary hardware, and developing suitably powerful ice-breaker programs to hack past corporate security measures. Their jobs are always a little desperate, driven by tight timelines, and shrouded in mystery. When a runner jacks-in and starts a run at a corporate server, he risks having his best programs trashed or being caught by a trace program and left vulnerable to corporate countermeasures. It's not uncommon for an unprepared runner to fail to bypass a nasty sentry and suffer massive brain damage as a result. Even if a runner gets through a data fort's defenses, there's no telling what it holds. Sometimes, the runner finds something of value. Sometimes, the best he can do is work to trash whatever the corporation was developing.

The first player to seven points wins the game, but not likely before he suffers some brain damage or bad publicity.

Android Netrunner LCG - A Study in Static

Time is relative. Time can be manipulated. The fourth Data Pack in the "Genesis Cycle" for Android: Netrunner, A Study in Static focuses on developing each faction's traditional strengths even as it opens up new strategies for players to explore; each of the four Corporations receives a new piece of ice, and all three Runners receive a new icebreaker. New resources and agendas permit players to pursue tightly focused deck builds centered around an increasing number of tricks and traps. Meanwhile, A Study in Static also allows players to reevaluate their existing decks and reconfigure them for greater efficiency.

With their advancements in ice, icebreakers, and hardware, the sixty new cards from A Study in Static (three copies each of twenty individual cards) escalate the game's cyberstruggles to a new form of art. No longer do the factions content themselves to building and breaking snares and subroutines; they turn their attentions to the flow of time itself. So much as time is a matter of perception and of movement, A Study in Static is a study in the ability to accelerate and impede the passage of time.

This is not a standalone deck. The Android Netrunner core set is required to play.

Android Netrunner LCG - Second Thoughts

Second Thoughts is the second Data Pack in the "Spin Cycle" for Android: Netrunner - The Card Game. The time has come for both corps and runners to take a second look at how they want to wage their burgeoning cyberwars. Are the flash and the sparkle of the newest encryption and decryption technologies luring corps and runners away from basic efficiencies? Are basic efficiencies too blunt to counter their opponents' increasingly nuanced strategies?

The time has come to explore new angles, inventive new uses for programs, and the importance of public perception. It's time for runners to become more creative and less obvious with their program design. It's time for the corps to run a two-pronged assault on the whole runner culture, employing lethal new ice and Black Ops teams, even as they bolster their public images with new PR campaigns. Control the message. Control the game. If you can't shatter your opponent's economy, perhaps you can change the nature of the contest. It's time for Second Thoughts.

Android Netrunner LCG - Mala Tempora

The cyberstruggles of Android: Netrunner have always been a risky affair for all involved, but Mala Tempora, the third Data Pack in the "Spin Cycle", raises the stakes to all-new heights. Will you be able to plug its upgrades into your deck and find success? Or are you the one who will fall behind?

Whatever the outcome, it won't be dull. The runners and corporate executives who direct the struggles of Android: Netrunner lead frantic lives full of fantastic highs and staggering lows, and the pace doesn’t slow a beat in Mala Tempora. Many of its sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty different cards) encourage daring gambles, staking health and fortunes against opportunities to rapidly accelerate wealth and success. Of course, in an age of technological one-upmanship, why play fair? Mala Tempora also introduces a number of programs and ice that allow runners and corps to "cheat" these wagers by stealing information about their opponents’ cards.

Meanwhile, leave it to the Anarchs to do their own thing; while the other factions bid for greater efficiencies and more devious tricks, a new Anarch runner arrives to play the game by another entirely different set of rules!

Android Netrunner LCG - True Colors

There are three realities in the world of Android: Netrunner.

You have the meat world. There, Corps are massive conglomerations, comprised of thousands of employees, managers, CFOs, and CEOs, all housed in towers of glass, steel, and plascrete. In the meat world, Runners need to eat and breathe and sleep; they may be extraordinary individuals, but you wouldn’t necessarily recognize them as you walked past them on the street.

In True Colors, the fourth Data Pack in the Spin Cycle, the Corps and Runners of Android: Netrunner struggle to control the flow of information in three realities – the physical world, the virtual world, and the world of public perception. Sixty new cards reinforce each faction’s core strengths and add layers upon layers of bluffs and deception. With a host of cards to manipulate tags and bad publicity, True Colors brings the game’s high stakes cybercrime more fully into the public eye than ever before. Can you separate the truth from the spin?

Android Netrunner LCG - Fear and Loathing

Fear and Loathing is the fifth Data Pack in the "Spin Cycle" for Android: Netrunner. The futuristic world of Android: Netrunner is one of vertiginous discrepancies between achievement and poverty. The megacorps that have redefined humanity with the development of custom genetics, bioroid manufacturing, and mind-machine interfacting are at least partially responsible for stabilizing social policies that mire countless masses in overcrowded, unsanitary living conditions. In the shadows of the megacorporations’ towering corporate headquarters, the vast majority experience mundane desperations, fear for their jobs, loathe their limited social status, and fight a daily war for survival.

The sixty new cards of Fear and Loathing (three copies each of twenty individual cards) translate this dichotomous existence to your games of Android: Netrunner. On the one hand, you have powerful and exploitive business entities like GRNDL, a subsidiary of the Weyland Consortium, and on the other, you have the beaten down and fearful masses. But there are other categories, too, and while many people may be driven to silence, the game’s Runners and other spirited individuals, like the investigative reporter Tallie Perrault, are driven to action.

Android Netrunner LCG - Double Time

Double Time is the sixth and final Data Pack in the "Spin Cycle" for Android: Netrunner, and it introduces a handful of powerful Double events and operations. Doubles all require their owner to spend a click to play them, in addition to their normal costs, meaning they’re high-risk gambles in a game that’s as full of bluffs, counter-bluffs, risks, and gambles as Android: Netrunner.

Still, if you play them right, these Doubles can offer tremendous rewards. In Double Time, you’ll find a significant focus on these events. Twenty-one of them are mixed into the Data Pack’s sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty individual cards), along with new hardware, programs, ice, upgrades, and more. Will you sacrifice versatility for raw power? It’s time to Double down!

Android Netrunner LCG - Honor and Profit expansion

The network lies before you; which path will you take? Focusing primarily on the interests of Jinteki and three new Criminal runners, Honor and Profit is a deluxe expansion for Android: Netrunner - The Card Game. Its 165 new cards (three copies each of fifty-five different cards) feature a dizzying array of new tricks and traps, events to alter the tempo of the game, new psi talents, and six new identity cards that engender the exploration of all-new deck-building strategies. Additionally, fans of every faction will discover plenty to love among the expansion's neutral ambushes, ice, ops, AI, and connections.

Android Netrunner LCG - Upstalk

Upstalk is the first Data Pack in the "Lunar Cycle". With its sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty different cards), Upstalk transports Android: Netrunner to an all-new meat space: the moon, where life is one-point-two seconds out of the ordinary. Here, the game defies standard expectations. Runners and Corps explore new strategies, as do many of the game's cards and mechanisms. Here, Corporate trace attempts can punish Runners even when they fail. Corporate assets are everywhere, there's no life outside of Corporate-sponsored air, and there's a chance that those who manage or run the net may encounter a shard or fragment of the mythical source code. What can happen in one-point-two seconds? Everything!

Android Netrunner LCG - The Spaces Between

The Spaces Between, the second Data Pack in the "Lunar Cycle" for Android: Netrunner, continues to reestablish the game's cyberstruggles amid the moon's reduced gravity, recycled air, and corporate-sponsored colonies, simultaneously re-examining one of the game's fundamental conceits: What happens to events and operations after they're played? Events and operations represent a variety of ephemeral processes that occur both in the meat world and the virtual one. When they hit the discard pile, do their impacts just disappear? Or if they transmit signals into space, might their echoes ever linger, gain a sort of permanence in their repetition, and impact future events?

The sixty new cards from The Spaces Between (three copies each of twenty different cards), re-examine the essential natures of the game's events and operations, and every faction gains a new current, an event or operation that isn't immediately resolved and discarded after it's played, but continues to reside in the data streams somewhere between a state of transience and a state of permanence.

Android Netrunner LCG - First Contact data pack

First Contact is the third Data Pack in the "Lunar Cycle" for Android: Netrunner. After heading Upstalk and passing through The Spaces Between, it's time to land on the moon. First Contact shakes up the contests between Corp and Runner by introducing three new region upgrades, mythic ice, new traps, resources, and a new Anarch identity. The Data Pack's sixty cards (three copies each of twenty different cards) also depict a new meat space where gravity is low, people all wear spacesuits, there's only one fully established city, and everything is enclosed. Confined. Watched.

From the remotest edges of Port Anson Grid to the seedy underbelly of Duggar's, First Contact immerses players in a strange and alien setting in which there are very few places the game's Corps don't control completely, everything you thought you knew is just a shade different, and it's all that much more important to find someone to guide you through your ongoing cyberstruggles...

Android Netrunner LCG - Up and Over

A lot of your standard Runner tricks don't work on the moon. The Corps have the place locked down tight. Wave fields may fry your brain. Ice may change shape on you mid-run. Corps expand and contract their servers at will. It's a tricky environment for any Runner to navigate, and the further you remain from your target, the more likely you'll be caught off-guard.

Up and Over is the fourth Data Pack in the "Lunar Cycle" for Android: Netrunner. A search for the mysterious "source code" leads the game's Runners to the shadiest edges of Heinlein, the moon's only established city. The sixty cards in Up and Over (three copies each of twenty different cards) explore the city's Docklands, where even coordinated corporate crackdowns won't necessarily ferret out every black marketeer willing to provide Runners with a steady supply of illicit technology. In this new environment, to survive you must adapt. Thankfully illicit dealers will supply anything to anyone...for the right price.

Android Netrunner LCG - All That Remains

What will come of one Runner's hunt for the net's legendary source protocols? The answer to this question is embedded within the core of All That Remains, the fifth Data Pack in the "Lunar Cycle" for Android: Netrunner. Its sixty new cards (three copies of each new card) include a new Criminal Runner identity, a new shard of the source protocols, and a host of assets designed to support the ambitions and secrecy of those Corporations that have the most investment in lunar development.

Additionally, a number of other cards ensure that every action ripples outward and spurs new responses. You’ll find a trio of Corp agendas with powerful "when scored" abilities and trace cards that can hit the Runner even if their traces fail.

Data never dies. It just takes deadly new twists. Explore the ends to which they lead in All That Remains.

Android Netrunner LCG - The Source

Fantasy Flight Games is proud to announce the upcoming release of The Source, the sixth and final Data Pack in the Lunar Cycle for Android: Netrunner!

In The Source, cyber-explorer Nasir Meidan departs Heinlein for Earth and the relative safety of his apartment. There, he stares at the drive in his hand before booting up his console. Was he able to complete his download? Does this drive truly contain the net’s legendary source protocols? What will he find? After a series of thrilling encounters with Corporate security measures and security officers, all he has to do is pull up the files.

At the end of your lunar expedition, the sixty new cards in The Source (three copies each of twenty different cards) reveal surprising new takes on life, evolution, and death in the virtual world and the cyberstruggles of Android: Netrunner. You’ll find assets that reward Corps for birthing new servers and others that can self-destruct. You’ll find self-propagating viruses waiting to explode into the network, and you’ll find programs that reward you for jacking out of your runs.

Android Netrunner LCG - Order and Chaos

Where is humanity headed? Jack Weyland wants to take us to the stars, but what will be the human cost of his efforts? Order and Chaos, the third deluxe expansion for Android: Netrunner, pits three new subversive Anarchs against the bleeding edge ice and operations with which the Weyland Consortium intends to safeguard its most far-sighted and futuristic ambitions.

Its 165 new cards (three copies each of fifty-five individual cards) amplify the high-stakes cyberstruggles between the developers at Weyland Consortium and those destructive Anarchs who would rather see the corporation’s utopian ambitions reduced to ashes than raised to the heavens upon the backs of the downtrodden. Accordingly, you'll find a slate of new identities, tech, and tools that enhance these factions' core strengths, even as they permit the exploration of new themes and decks. The Weyland Consortium gains a host of new, advanceable ice, as well as new strategies for protecting their agendas and assets while raking in bundles of quick credits. Anarchs, on the other hand, unleash a plethora of destructive new programs and resources that can tear apart anything a Corp can put together, whether they use them to further their humanitarian efforts or simply vent the pent-up rage of a disenfranchised youth.

Finally, Order and Chaos presents fans of every faction with six different neutral cards that they can use to safeguard their servers, evade tags, and advance their economies.

Android Netrunner LCG - The Valley data pack

As it boots up the SanSan Cycle, The Valley transports players deep into the heart of SanSan, the number one place for all the top tech. This American megacity sprawls along the California coastline from San Diego in the south to San Francisco in the north. There, you'll also find Biotech Valley, most often called just "the Valley", home to the world's biggest biotech firms and its most advanced genomic research. Home, additionally, to Jinteki Corporation's flagship American R&D facility, the J-Plex.

With its sixty cards (3 copies each of 20 different cards), Android: Netrunner – The Valley explores Biotech Valley and its massive investment into bleeding-edge bioengineering. This is a meatspace heavily colored by genengineering, a highly educated workforce, tech startups, capital investments, and the presence of Jinteki's J-Plex. You'll find numerous assets, region upgrades, genetic resources, and a new Jinteki identity. Of course, even in the Valley, you'll need more than good genes to get by; you’ll also find new programs, ice, and currents for both Corps and Runners.

Android Netrunner LCG - Breaker Bay

Breaker Bay, the second Data Pack in the "SanSan Cycle" for Android: Netrunner, continues the cycle's guided tour of the SanSan region with sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty different cards) focusing on the University of the Californias at Breaker Bay and its students. New resources, programs, and operations reflect everything from their living conditions to their parties, as well as the knowledge they hope to obtain and the efforts the world's largest megacorps make to recruit the best and brightest of them.

Android Netrunner LCG - Chrome City

Function breeds fashion in Chrome City, the third Data Pack in the SanSan Cycle for Android: Netrunner! Sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty individual cards) introduce players to the northern SanSan borough of Chrome City. Here, among the sketchy chop shops planted in the shadow of Haas-Bioroid’s genetics division, a growing community of chromeheads have begun to transform cybernetics into fashion statements.

If the surgery’s good, the latest cybernetics don’t just make you trendy; they also make you smarter, stronger, and more resilient. But a bad chopper’s just as likely to cause you irreparable brain damage as outfit you for the runways. Accordingly, Chrome City and its cybernetic hardware introduce a volatile mixture of risks and rewards, many of which are centered around protecting or damaging the Runner’s brain.

Android Netrunner LCG - The Underway

The Underway, the fourth Data Pack in the SanSan Cycle for Android: Netrunner, explores the meat space, culture, and residents of the megacity SanSan. The cradle of high-end tech, home to beautiful beaches, and the host of the World Expo, SanSan is also still recovering from "The Big One", the cataclysmic earthquake that opened up the San Andreas fault and redefined America's western coast. However, this event that was disastrous for many was an opportunity for others, some of whom quickly moved their homes and businesses into the new space that was created.

Accordingly, the sixty new cards in The Underway (three copies each of twenty different cards) explore this new space and its motley assembly of different architectural styles, ethnicities, and cultural influences. They also explore the pervasive influence of Los Muertos, a street gang whose members are identified by their bioluminescent tattoos and who deal in illegal tech as much as they deal in flesh and drugs. Through the introduction of new resources, illicit hardware, and clever programs, the gang’s criminal influence pervades every aspect of this Data Pack, starting with a new Criminal Runner identity, then reaching outward as other Runner factions are supplied with the sort of tech you don't normally find in America, and finally rippling into every aspect of every card as Corps are forced to deal with the gang’s members in one way or another.

Android Netrunner LCG - Old Hollywood

From the vaults of Haarpsichord Studios come sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty different cards) full of glitter and glitz. As the SanSan Cycle continues its tour along the western coastline, Old Hollywood brings us whole servers worth of romantic comedies, action flicks, red carpet events, and fan sites. Everyone wants a taste of fame. Everyone’s jostling to get a cut of the market.

Visual entertainment is still big business in Old Hollywood, and fame is still solid currency. As the game’s megacorps pour speculative funds into summer blockbusters and celebrity-driven vanity projects, you’ll find some sensies aimed toward the institution’s highest awards and others aimed toward the lowest common denominator. You’ll find secrets, gossip, and security precautions.

Who is Miranda Rhapsody dating now? Why did Ronny Five fail to show for his appearance at the Bangkok Mall? Which surprising celebrities are hooked on stims? In Old Hollywood, everything’s a story, and the best stories are worth big money.

Android Netrunner LCG - Cyber Exodus

In Android: Netrunner - Cyber Exodus – the third Data Pack in the Genesis Cycle, featuring sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty individual cards) – the high-stakes of cybercrime in Android: Netrunner push runners and corporations to find the latest and greatest advancements in stealth and security. As the game's seven factions fixate on bleeding edge technology, they find upgraded ice, new hardware for runners, new research, and ambushes. This new tech derezzes the limits of the possible while it reinforces the efficiency of each faction's standard methods of operation.

Requires the Android - Netrunner core game to play with this expansion.
